DLIMS GILGIT BALTISTAN:- Gilgit-Baltistan Police has created citizen facilitation centers known as Police Khidmat Markaz (PKM) in 10 districts around the province (a complete list of centers, contact information, and locations can be found here). The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), which works with the Gilgit-Baltistan police on technology issues, has streamlined processes and created a centralized and linked IT system for these centers to make them work better overall. Setting up these Khidmat Marakiz with a centralized IT system has led to:

  • Using Pakistan Post to send issued papers and driver's licenses
  • More money coming in by making sure everything is clear
Under the control of the Police Khidmat Markaz, centres for issuing, renewing, and upgrading driving licenses have been set up. These centers use automated processes to make sure that licenses are issued, renewed, and improved in line with the rules. In all of Gilgit-Baltistan's state, these driving license centers have been set up by Police Khidmat Marakiz. With the help of cutting edge technology and tools, the modern method gives people fast service and the government up to date data. Using a central network, the method changes the way all kinds of licenses are given out.

CUSTOMER CARE STANDERS :

The customer service standards will be improved to the extent that the applicant will be granted an internationally recognized Secured Card-based driver's license simply by visiting the licensing testing centre and passing the exam.
