Driving License Procedure in Balochistan:

Through the utilization of the DLIMS, the procedure of obtaining a driver's license has been centralized across the several districts that make up the province of Balochistan. Citizens are also able to monitor the status of their licenses and view instructions on how to apply for licenses without having to leave the comfort of their own homes.

Learner Driving License

Citizens can get Learner Driving License from any of the Police Mobile Khidmat Markaz.

Required Documents

• Original and 1 Copy of CNIC
• Get a Code Book of Traffic Rules & Regulation from Traffic Police Office.
• Medical Certificate.

Age Limits for Learner Permit:

• Motor Cycle/ Motor Car: 18 Years
• LTV (Rickshaw, Taxi, Tractor Commercial): 21 Years
• Note Learner permits are issued on Daily Bases which Validity is of 6 months

Processing Fee:

• A Ticket of Rs.60 from any Post Office.

Permanent Driving License

Following are the procedure and requirements to get permanent driving license

Required Documents:

• Application Form(A)
• Learner Permit (at least 6 weeks).
• Two passport size photo graph..
• Paste Tickets of fee on documents and test results.

Duplicate Driving License:

Individuals can apply for a Duplicate Driving License from Police Mobile Khidmat Markaz.

Required Documents:

• Required Duplicate Application Form within File Cover
• An attested copy of C.N.I.C.
• 2 Attested fresh Photographs (Passport size).
• Report from Computer section for Computerized License or A certificate issued by relevant Post Office which expresses the expiry date of license.
• FIR (Lost License report) of the Police Station.
• Tickets will be pasted according to the schedule.

Processing Fee:

• Motor Cycle: 100 Rs.
• Car, LTV: 150 Rs.
• HTV: 200 Rs.

International Driving License:

Citizens can apply for International Driving License from Police Mobile Khidmat Markaz.

Required Documents:

• International Application Form within File Cover
• An attested copy of C.N.I.C.
• A copy of Valid Driving License issued from Quetta.
• A copy of Pakistani Passport valid for at least 6 Months with Visa
• 2 attested photo graph (Passport Size)
• Note :  Applicant will bring his original C.N.I.C, Driving License and Passport with him.

Processing Fee:

• Rs. 66 Court Fee Ticket.
• Rs. 450 Bank Challan Fee.
